We want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible.
Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you’ll see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During busy seasons or due to postal service delays, delivery may take a little longer.
We kindly ask for your patience — your order is on its way.

Local Delivery & Pickup

We do not offer local delivery at the moment.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the following countries: UK, Norway and Switzerland.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not controlled by us and are the customer’s responsibility.
If applicable, you will be asked to pay these fees upon delivery or pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@inspiredbygod.nl with your name and order number — we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes.
If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
We’ll refund the full order amount minus the return shipping cost.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us right away at shop@inspiredbygodofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We’ll review it on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a fair and satisfying solution.
